Terms and Conditions/Cancellation Policy

Things happen, circumstances change and appointments need to be cancelled. Unfortunately, late cancellations and people failing to attend appointments costs me money and prevents others from receiving treatment. Therefore, I need to have a cancellation policy in place to protect both myself and my other clients. At all times, I do my best to be accommodating so if you have a problem and cannot attend your appointment, please call me on 07748 292662 and I will do my best to help.

Online bookings require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable. However, if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment time, you can use this deposit to rebook an alternative date and time within two weeks of your original appointment. This function is not available through my online booking portal so you will need to call me on 07748 292662 to discuss.

For bookings made without a deposit (i.e. in person), I reserve the right to charge you for your appointment if you fail to cancel within 24 hours or you do not attend.

I reserve the right to refuse to treat people who regularly cancel or rearrange appointments or fail to attend.

If you are late for your appointment, you will only be treated for the remaining time booked and you will be charged for the full length of your booked appointment.

The one hour appointment includes; consultation, undressing and dressing time and post treatment discussion/aftercare advice. Therefore, actual treatment time will be less than one hour. If you feel that you may require a longer appointment time, please get in touch to discuss.

Please ensure that you disclose any medical history that you may have and your current medications when asked. All information is treated as strictly confidential.

I do not treat people during pregnancy. If you are or think you may be pregnant, please do not book an appointment as you will not be treated and you may be asked to pay for your appointment in full.

Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the appointment as required by law. I am enhanced DBS checked for working with children including those who are considered vulnerable.

I have a zero tolerance policy regarding inappropriate behaviour. If anything inappropriate occurs or is mentioned during your appointment you will be asked to pay for your full treatment and then to leave immediately.
